About the Festival Charity
The Cambridge Poetry Festival is a charity established in 2024 with the goal of promoting and encouraging poetry in all forms in Cambridge. Over the last two years, we have worked on events across the city, collaborating with a number of pre-existing organisations to bring poetry out from behind the walls of the universities and into the city itself. We aim not only to bring together the city's fairly disparate poetry scene but also to make poetry accessible and open to people from all facets of the city.
